Private Yoga Sessions
Private yoga sessions offer a highly personalized and tailored yoga experience where you receive focused attention, customized sequences, and the ability to address your specific needs and goals. Whether you are looking to build a strong foundation for your practice, work on a specific skill (i.e. inversions), or address injuries, we can help you reach your goals.
