Meet The Team

Owner
Grace Callaghan
Grace began her yoga journey at 16 years old with her first introduction into vinyasa flow classes. After being introduced to the philosophy side of yoga in college, she quickly fell in love with the integration between the body and mind that the practice of yoga has to offer. This led her to pursue her 200 RYT directly after graduating college in 2022.
Over the last several years, she has developed a love for meditation, breath work, inversions, and reiki. Her favorite classes to take are Ashtanga, heated flows, and Yin- which are also her favorite to teach.
Grace's classes are the perfect blend of exploration and grounding where you'll experience play in the body and centeredness in the mind.

He guides students of all levels through Alchemy Flow, Ashtanga 60, Ashtanga Remix, Journey, and Yin Yoga classes that are physically rigorous yet deeply grounded in breath, mindfulness, and yoga philosophy. We believe transformation happens from the inside. Our teachers cultivate breathing experiences on the mat where students can find their edge and move beyond the physical.
