ROLE SUMMARY
An Alchemy Yoga teacher delivers an extraordinary experience through curating a welcoming environment for all and supporting growth for their students and peers. They guide students through Alchemy branded classes, engage in feedback sessions with their peer teachers, and are committed to their growth- both on and off the mat.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Teach a minimum of two (2) Alchemy Yoga classes per week
- Provide a welcoming and supportive space for all to practice and deliver an exceptional class experience by adhering to Alchemy branded classes
- Instructors are scheduled to be at the studio 15-20 minutes before class to connect with students
- Perform specific cleaning tasks after class to ensure positive member experience and maintain studio cleanliness.
- Contribute to a supportive studio environment by upholding Alchemy Yoga's Core Values and fostering positive working relationships
- Act as an in-studio ambassador for all current Alchemy Yoga initiatives and business streams including but not limited to Yoga Teacher Training,
workshops and events, retail, etc.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training or equivalent
- CPR certified (or certified within 3 months of hire)
