The original moving meditation. Ashtanga is a flowing vinyasa style practice that follows a set sequence of postures. Ashtanga 60 is a short form adaption of the full Primary Series.

A fresh feel to an ancient practice. Ashtanga Remix is the perfect marriage of structure and freedom. Expect foundational shapes from the Primary Series alongside the playfulness of modern vinyasa.

Yin Yoga
Where discomfort leads to soft surrendering. In Yin you’ll hold passive postures for longer periods of time to work into your fascia, connective tissue and ligaments.
